JAT MESHGO NIGERIA –TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our maintenance and cleaning services, website, and any related platforms or tools we operate (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

We provide a variety of services, including but not limited to:

Residential and office cleaning

Industrial and post-construction cleaning

Facility maintenance and repairs

Janitorial services

Waste disposal and environmental cleaning

Pest control and fumigation

Details, pricing, and schedules are provided to Prospect prior to service execution and may vary based on location, size, and project scope.

2. SERVICE BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

Bookings can be made via our website, if your contact us via our official email or phone contact, you will till be directed to our site and create account for booking.

Each work is Booked to start in 24hrs that is two days after payment is received and acknowledged by us.
NOTE: in some cases, it might take 72hrs depending on the location, in such situations you will be notify

A booking is confirmed only after acknowledgment or payment confirmation.
Note: We accept full or installmental payments, if you pay installmentally, we cant commence work, we can only commence working when payment is completed.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment may be made through bank transfer, card payment, or any other approved method.

For recurring services, invoices are issued according to the agreed billing cycle.

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are expected to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the property or site.

Secure or remove valuable items before the start of service.

Notify us of any special cleaning instructions, fragile items, or health concerns.

The company shall not be liable for damage to unsecured valuables or unreported pre-existing conditions.

5. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We agree to:

Deliver services professionally, using trained staff and appropriate materials.

Comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Maintain confidentiality and protect client property during service delivery.

6. PAYMENT MADE IS NOT REFUNDABLE

Ensure that you are ready to use your funds for any of the services you might choose before you make payments.

Once payment is made,it cant be refunded

7. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, poor maintenance, or third-party interference after service completion.

8. HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT

Our staff adhere to strict safety and environmental standards.

Eco-friendly and approved cleaning products are used wherever possible.

Clients are advised to keep children and pets away during certain cleaning or maintenance procedures.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION

We respect the privacy of our clients and comply with Nigeria’s Data Protection Act and international standards.

Personal information collected is used solely for service delivery and communication.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, logos, and website content remain the property of Jat Meshgo Nigeria and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

11. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service if:

Payment obligations are not met, or

The client breaches these Terms or engages in abusive behavior toward our staff.

12. CHANGES OF TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services after any changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
